Fact - it takes two to tango.
Fact - if the relationship is unhealthy, it either needs to be made healthy or separation needs to occur for the safety of both partners and more importantly the children. Making it healthy means family and state intervention, funded!
Fact - instead of throwing money at the outcomes, how about investing in prevention. My proposal.
