The true price of Smoking - observations extolling Smoking

I started smoking aged 17 (for a bet in the Navy)  My Mum smoked, my brother and two sisters smoked.

In 2000 I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder with Schizophrenia.  I am also a Stats Man and I found myself measuring all clients in Mental Health wards during my hospitalisations.(2000,2001,2003, 2005, 2006,  and 2015)

I had a great  time monitoring my own symptoms but also others smoking habits.

The analysis is this.  In all visits to the Nuthouses I deduced that on average 67% of "inmates" smoked cigarettes.  Despite the cost now of smoking that 67% is still the same.

I have a question for The Powers That Be .  If Medical Marijuana is to be legalised why can't we have access to Medical Tobacco for those with Psychiatric issues?

By the way my Mother died from Breast Cancer and myself and siblings still smoke off and on. We are all very healthy. This previous data was gleaned from Google.
